Reiki Therapy

Reiki is our main energy healing method. It’s a gentle hands-on practice from Japan that channels universal life energy. Reiki helps your body relax deeply, release stress and tension, process emotions and calm the mind. It can also ease physical discomfort and support your body’s natural ability to heal. Ultimately, Reiki helps you feel more whole again.

Dharma Shamanic

This ancient method combines Tibetan and Aboriginal shamanic traditions. It helps clear energetic blockages and bring you back to your natural state of inner calm. It can also support you in gently releasing old patterns, so your energy can flow more freely. We sometimes add this to complement Reiki.

Holistic Therapy

Sometimes your session may include other supportive and holistic techniques such as crystal or chakra healing, breathwork, oracle cards, family constellations, or guided visualizations. These are added intuitively to deepen your healing process.

Meditation

Meditation is the practice of returning to your still center and heart, even when the world keeps moving. It helps you reconnect with your body and feel grounded. Our meditations are inspired by Advaita Vedanta, an Indian philosophy of oneness that reminds you of your wholeness and invites you to experience the peace that lies beyond the mind.
