What is Reiki healing?
Reiki is an ancient healing method, re-discovered in the 1920s by the Japanese teacher Mikao Usui. Its roots are often connected to Japanese spiritual traditions and the deeper wisdom found in Buddhism. Reiki focuses on healing from the inside out and works on a physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual level. The energy gently releases blockages — stagnant or restrained energy held in the body and mind — allowing life energy to flow again and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal, so that you can feel happy, healthy and whole again.
Reiki doesn’t add anything to you. Life energy is already present within and around all of us. It simply helps guide and balance the flow of that energy. Because the body and mind build up and store tension over time, Reiki becomes a process of gentle unlayering and recalibration, helping you return to your natural state of flow and inner freedom.
Reiki Healing

Dharma Shamanic is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing rooted in ancient Tibetan and Aboriginal wisdom. It works on the root cause of imbalance by reprogramming limiting patterns and restoring the original blueprint of your energy system — helping you remember who you are beneath fear, trauma, and conditioning.
Holistic Practices
Additional holistic techniques such as crystal healing, release work, chakra balancing, family constellations, breathwork, or visualizations may be intuitively woven into the Reiki treatment or session when needed. These tools offer extra support in releasing stuck energy, healing, bringing clarity, or deepening the connection to yourself.
Before and after the Reiki Healing session
Before we begin, we take a moment to check in together, tuning into what you’re currently experiencing or where you’re feeling stuck. The Reiki session then starts on the treatment table, supported by calming and natural scents. There’s nothing you need to do — just be. Simply relax, enjoy this you time and stay open to the process. Each session is intuitive and unique, guided by what your system needs most in that moment.
Booked an online session? Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down. Your session will take place via Google Meet and works just as deeply from a distance.
Integration & Self-Care
Much like a massage, you may feel deeply relaxed, drowsy, emotional, or even energized after a Reiki session. This is all part of the natural healing process. Emotions or thoughts may surface. Let them move through you without judgment. The effects of the session can continue for up to 48 hours.

— Drink plenty of water to support the release of toxins
— Spend time in nature to ground and settle your energy
— Be extra gentle with yourself in the days after
— Listen closely to your body and what it asks for
